Sales performance is the catch phrase that not all organizations can harness unless they follow a systematic approach and bring it down to near scientific perfection. At IITM, through this training, we shall attempt to bring in as much rigor as possible to the selling process. The objective of this IITM training /workshop is to introduce a systematic process to achieve maximum sales revenue with effective implementation of the 3600 Sales Approach and then build the approach for designing and implementing the sales funnel.
