A customer is worth more than two in the bush. This exciting training cum workshop is geared towards re-visiting essential sales strategies and techniques that will make your customers excited to develop a relationship with you, purchase your product and ultimately become your brand ambassador. This effective session will share some tried and tested tools and techniques allowing a professional in the sales and marketing field to harness and produce better outcome.

Sales is a 360 Degree Approach. Targeting and reaching out to the customer is one part of the equation while becoming a customer’s partner is a complex process needing extensive effort, savvy and practice. Using processes such as the Sales Funnel, Team Selling, Team Work, etc. will be discussed upon and elaborated in this session. The various psycho-graphic and behavioral dimensions will be covered in this session as well for optimizing the sales process.   To enliven the session, much interaction and contemporary case based analytic discussion will be embedded.

Designing an effective sales strategy is more than 50% of the winning game and the remainder is in creating a lasting mind-map in the heads of the customers – an impression so indelible that the customers’ focus remain glued to your products and services. Performance is the catch phrase that not all organizations can harness unless they follow a systematic approach and bring it down to near scientific perfection and this training cum workshop will attempt to tie in diverse practical knowledge.
